  • No Rain-Checks: We do not issue rain-checks for out-of-stock items.

  • UAE-Based Retailers Only: The lower-priced item must be available from an online retailer operating in the UAE.

How to Request a Price Match

If you find a qualifying lower price from an eligible online retailer, let us know. Once verified, we’ll match the price to ensure your satisfaction.

Exclusions from Price Matching

We strive to offer fair pricing, but some offers are not eligible for price matching:

  • Unregistered sellers or traders without official documentation

  • Discounts applied during checkout or promotional code offers

  • Percentage-based or fixed-amount discount offers

  • Auction sites or prices requiring memberships

  • Prices that cannot be independently verified

  • Bundled deals, rebates, or coupon-dependent offers

  • Prices requiring bulk or minimum quantity purchases

  • Clearance, closeout, special event, or limited-time offers

  • Damaged, used, or refurbished products

  • Prices based on errors or misprints
